8 month check up and I am really happy with the way Lottie and I are welcomed into the practice . Very friendly with Lottie being spoilt with attention and a treat . I would fully recommend this practice .

We have used Ardene House Vets for more than 30 years, and have never had any reason to complain. They are truly outstanding, all staff and that includes reception staff are kind,caring, helpful, understanding, always available for advice.

The Vet nurses are very friendly and will offer advice when needed. The waiting area has a cat friendly area with a partition to provide a little privacy for nervous animals. There is a small but varied selection of food, treats, washing supplies, claiming products and they also have tic removers.

I have been attending Ardene Vet for about 14 years . The premises are clean & tidy , spacious and organised . From the receptionist to the vets the service is second to none . I recently lost my beloved spaniel and the care and dedication we were shown was exceptional . Linda , Pauline and the wonderful vet took care of my precious girl to the highest standards . I can’t recommend them highly enough Thank you all

Emma is the most amazing person with the loveliest manner and such good energy. She made Zac’s passing so calm and was so loving to my boy and the family. Thank you Emma for being the beautiful loving doggie doctor that you are.

Visited yesterday as my dog Wallace was due Kennel cough booster. Whilst there the vet checked him over physically and gave him a clean bill of health. The vet was reassuring to both my dog and myself during the visit. Also on arrival we got a warm friendly welcome from the receptionists.

I have been using Ardene house for about 15 years now and they have friendly and helpful staff. The vet is great with my dogs and gives me really good advice regarding their health. Would highly recommend.
