Aurora have looked after my pets for years. I would be very sad if I had to go elsewhere because they are kind, caring, efficient and very skilled in pet care, as well as having an open, friendly and considerate manner with clients. I have every confidence in knowing my pet with be well cared for by Aurora.

We were taken very efficiently, the vet was amazing. He showed he cared from start to finish and was happy to answer any questions we had. We didn’t feel rushed at all.

I’ll be honest — my first review came from a place of frustration. My dog had been struggling with a persistent ear infection, and at the time I felt his care wasn’t being handled properly. However, after speaking with Claire, one of the managers, I realised I had rushed to judge. She took the time to go through everything with me, explain clearly, and genuinely listen to my concerns. That conversation completely changed my perspective. Not only was I reassured about my dog’s treatment, but I also saw just how much effort and care the whole team puts into their work. The vets (especially Kevin, who has been treating my dog) and staff are not only professional, but also incredibly kind and supportive — both to pets and owners. I just suggest that to really listen to them and take time to really go through ever treatment option and not to not do what I did. Now, I can honestly say this is one of the best vet practices I’ve ever been to. Thank you to kevin, Claire and the rest of the team for your patience and dedication — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone.

My dog has had a persistent ear infection for half the year. Not once did any vet perform any test to determine the cause. Whether it was bacterial or yeast. All we were given were ear drops, then he had “some condition” were he needed injections ever month. When in fact he didn’t need it what so ever. Don’t get me wrong the staff (both vets and others) have been super friendly and nice but in terms of treating my dog, I wouldn’t trust them as far as I could throw them. PLEASE PKEASE PLEASE, really think about taking your pet here

Always an amazing service at Aurora Vets. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and the vets always take time to really listen to you and give you a full explanation of your dogs symptoms and address your concerns. I most recently had a visit with Kevin for my dogs annual booster and was so so impressed - particularly with his attention to detail, kindness and patience. Thank you!!

We have been using Aurora for nearly 4 years, everyone clearly loves animals as our pooch Lucy gets excited when we pull up (to top up her vaccinations) as she gets attention from the reception and vet and she sits smiling happily throughout. They vet is always thorough giving her a check up as at 10 she is starting to show signs of ageing but thankfully she's in good health. It's not a chore taking her to the vet as you see in the photo she is happy to go!!!
